WISE Healthcare: WISE Healthcare is a health information technology (Health IT) consulting company focusing on workflow redesign, innovation, and implementation. We use design thinking principles, innovation methodologies, and LEAN six sigma practices to redesign healthcare processes. We help healthcare get better, implement health information technology, and re-engineer healthcare workflows. WISE stands for Workflow Innovation Science Engineering (WISE). We like to think of our custom approach called, INCA (Innovation Change Approach), as the most effective way to change processes and enable adoption of health IT more effectively. We need a logo for WISE Healthcare that speaks to "wise" and innovative way to help healthcare change for the better.

ABOUT Workflow Innovation, Science, and Engineering or WISE Healthcare
WISE Healthcare is focused on providing a better approach to technology implementation.  WISE uses a method called Innovation Change Approach (INCA) to achieve faster implementation of innovations and adoption of new healthcare business and delivery processes that leverage health information technology.  The WISE Team does not focus just on go-live support or training on a technology;  WISE Team understands the impact of technology on current healthcare practices and helps organizations develop a strategy, works with internal and external stakeholders, and implements new processes and technologies through INCA.
