Logo Design Brief

I have an existing Logo but want to change it to more fit my company now. It has grown in a little different direction. It is a construction company and we do land clearing, pond construction, driveways, house pads. I have bulldozers, trackhoes, forestry mulchers and other equipment. I also want to incorporate a cross or something in the logo since we are a Christian company. I have uploaded my existing logo just so you can see what it was. The 2 pieces of machinery on there are a stump grinder on the left which I am getting away from and a skid steer forestry mulcher which is still part of my operation but I am leaning more towards the big machinery like the trackhoe and bulldozer for the logo.
