Logo Design Brief
I need a simple, minimal, European-feeling, sophisticated logo. My audience is "high-end," both men and women: educated and hires interior designers. The logo text is my name and will be used on everything from website to business cards. My philosophy involves approaches that are simple, non-fussy, and grounded.
I want something that's feels HAPPY & CLEAN. Thank Scandinavian design, or European, French, in flavor. The work I do revolves around the Five Elements: Water (black), Wood (green), Fire (red/ pink), Earth (yellow/orange), Metal (white/ light gray). I'd like to be able to represent the elements somehow, perhaps using color, or perhaps just a circle motif somehow. I don't mind using all one color for the logo. I tend to like clean, minimal type used in ingenious ways. Nothing flashy or with too much pizazz. Actually, no pizazz please. I want to be represented the same way an Italian or Danish architect would want to be represented, but with a little more warmth.
I help people with their lives, both by counseling them & design-solving in their immediate environment so it reflects their true nature back to themselves.
My work is based on natural law- it is simple, straightforward, elegant, clean & direct... with a bit of "aha" thrown in. Is this too much to ask of a logo design as well?
Thanks so much for your help with this!
