The Public Health Institute (PHI) (phi.org) is looking for a logo design for a new program funded by the US Government's Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The purpose of the new program is to recruit fellows who are recent Masters in Public Health or Doctoral graduates in a field of public health (e.g. Zika, Ebola, HIV/AIDs, etc.) to work on a 1 year fellowship either in Atlanta, Georgia at CDC headquarters or in one of the US embassies around the world. The CDC is using this program to build a pipeline of future global health leaders to help the US become better prepared for future global infectious disease outbreaks.
The final design should be simple and clean. No graphics or images, just typography. We are looking for a blue color palette (around the R:87; G:138; B214 section of the color wheel) with multiple layers of colors so that we can expand on it and use it for PowerPoints, business cards, letter head, word docs. We prefer a clear typeface.
The official name of the program is PHI/CDC Global Health Fellowship Program -- the logo cannot have the "GHFP" acronym in it. We cannot use the CDC logo. Logo text can be the full official name of the program which is “PHI/CDC Global Health Fellowship Program” OR PHI/CDC GH Fellowship Program or some variation thereof.
