Web Design Brief

I need a site designed for the Endowment for Social Entrepreneurship. We are a non-profit endowment that raises money for social entrepreneurship education, as well as financial, business, sales, leadership, and investment education.

We raise money by acquiring real estate and businesses to be invested in our endowment fund. The proceeds of those funds, fund our basic operational cost and educational programs.

Therefore, we need to look more like a high quality financial institution than a non-profit, but with a social mission. You can get more information on the files that I have uploaded.

Target Market(s)

Our target market are sellers of businesses and real who are trying to decide whether they should sell their business or real estate to us at a discount along with a tax deduction. These are typically corporations, investors, etc.

The people who come to our site are typically real estate and business brokers who are checking out information on us to give back to the seller. Then, the seller's Chief Financial Officer, CEO, and the like also come to our site to check us out.

Credibility to what we do is the most important factor for this site.

• we need to give the feeling that we have been around for hundreds of years doing this and we know what we are doing.

• This is not a site for catchy slogans and cheesy or funny things... it must be professional.
