An ultimate destination for all the martial arts and fitness enthusiasts looking to train in Mma, Striking, Grappling or Fitness. Providing them with the best programmes under well accomplished Atheletes and trainers fromm around the world helping them reach their goals and bringing the best out of oneself.

Activities done at Muscat MMA
MMA- A full contact sport that allows includes Striking and grappling techniques both standing and on the ground.
- It is derived from a variety of other combat sports and Martial arts.
-It is the fastest growing sport in the world.

Muay Thai- Combat sport originated from Thailand which is a form of stand up fighting.
- It is known as "The art of Eight Limbs" which is the combined use of fists, eldows, knees and feet.
-A practitioner of Muay Thai thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" ( fists ) in western boxing & "four points" ( fists & feet ) used in the primarily sport oriented forms of Martial arts.

Boxing - It is a sport in which two competitors try to hit each with their gloved encased fists while try to avoid each others blow. Also know as the Manly art of Self Defense.
- one of the most famous sport around the world which involves 10 to 12 rounds of 3 min each in Professional Bouts and 3 Rounds in Amateur bouts .
- a sport not only loved by competitors but also non competitors, as it is very useful in maintaining physical health and fitness.

BJJ- A grappling based martial arts whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that forces him to submit.
- Involving techniques yo overcome greater size, strength and aggression with lesser size and strength is the key not of the sport. It is achieved by utilising superior leverage, grip & position upon your opponent.
-A student of the sport hain a deep understanding of the workings and the limits of the human body.

Wrestling- It is a hand to hand sport involving takedowns, throws, holds, tilts, pinning combination. A scoring system based on control of your opponent.
It is the oldest sport in the recorded history.
