Logo Design Brief

Two color logo which will be used for property signage, legal documents i.e. Leases, checkbook, invoices, promotional material.
The building is located in the dynamic downtown area of the city which is a hotspot for tourists as well as residents. The city is tourist focused with beaches and restaurants nightclubs, activities. However, this is an older building with not much character. The sign needs to conform to the building as well as the area. Yellows and greens or other tropical colors possibly.

Target Market(s)

Sign is on a well traveled road located in a city known as a "top US City for families". It is in Florida and known for beach, restaurants, and many community events in the area in which this property located and the sign (with logo) will be erected.

• Must conform to the older style of the building but also fit into a beach town This property is located in a "Historic" district and surrounded by adorable beachy historic cottages.

Nice to have

• Colors of the building are very muted but could change based on a great logo design as a starting point/inspiration. The sign however, must be professional, not gaudy, and eminate a feeling of warmth. (Possibly with the decorative font, incorporate the ocean or a palm tree?)

Should not have

• Cannot be gaudy or using neons or brilliant colors
