Logo Design Brief

We require a logo design for a new real estate company in Australia. I like the darker colours and maybe a pop of a brighter colour somewhere. I would like more of a monogram logo with the initials kr and my name also written in full incorporated somewhere. I want the overall look to look elegant. We sell and lease properties. (I have attached some that I like but am interested to see what you can come up with)
