Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an existing company based in Brisbane Australia called SMSolutions. We provide membership and sponsorship consultancy advice to the Not for Profict sector throughout Australia & New Zealand. We would like to see designs that use our existing colours with similar/same font and logo (*). The final design should be transparent (definately no white background) and able to fit in a standard logo box size. I have attached some basic drawings and my business card to show how the logo looks now.
