Logo Design Brief

This is a hospitality (Hotel and restaurant) management company. It will hold many different brands and locations around the world. We need a logo for this company. This can't be too much like a hotel but should not be too much like a restaurant either. I am really trying to convey knowledge, time and experience in this logo. At the same time, I do not want to be too serious.
