Logo Design Brief

Dear design geniuses, I need your help in creating an inspiring, unique and effective logo for my coaching business. The designer is called "world designer" (just for explanation, please use the german words exactly as written) world designer means "world shaper" or "world designer" and what I mean by that is who you choose to take a proactive, curious, ambitious approach to shaping the world around them instead of just reacting). To understand a bit more about my business, here's my "Manifesto": What we do: Empowering Transformation Leaders Principles we follow: * We always work with human beings - on whichever level our leading transformation (individual, team, organization, community, society , or world) * our work always feels human - emotionally and cognitively - and at the same time deeply relevant to the people and systems we work with * Our work reflects the wisdom that life is either "or or - it's" and, it depends on what we are doing, on the other hand. clear roles and a lot of listening, fun and productivity * We are attentive and mindful of the ego needs of all people involved, aiming to be on the same level as possible * We are aiming to try, fail, In 2020, World Designers Coaching is in Touch with Some of the Most Creative, Impactful and Warmest People Shaping the Transformation of Our World to the Better, Empowering them in deep, meaningful, jointly designed and crafted working relationships A bit more concrete, my company wants to offer coaching services to leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals both in the corporate world as well as in the start-up / creative and social scene. My main topic is transformation leadership, ie, how to lead transformation instead of just reacting to changes around you. Some thoughts around the design: - I would like to combine a simple and compelling graphical element with a word logo - The logo should somehow express the manifesto. And it is the combination of extreme, eg, hard AND soft, emotion AND rationality, business impact AND playfulness, masculinity AND femininity, empathy AND analytical smartness - As this is a human centered business, all elements that stress individuality (eg, using handwriting / handwriting, etc.) want to be appraciated. So, I want it to look modern, but not necessarily fashionable, more modern timeless. - I'm open to unconventional creative ideas - let's go crazy - technicall information: The logo will be used in print and web. (you do not have to use all the colors, I really like 1-2 color logos a lot.) so which one so depends on the logo, please provide it. So it might be worthwhile to look at the photos. - The logo should be made in a way so that it's easy to use it's parts, ie, only the graphical element or only the writing (both from the design as well as from the technical implementation) colors - here you find them. Please use them for all logo elements including background: f0a202-3fa34d-124e78-fffffa-393d3f Please use in all future submissions, so as a background color. (I do like to use all the colors, I really like 1-2 color logos a lot. just choose from these. So if you want to make 2 versions please use colors from this scheme. , The orangish yellow (F0A202) should be very carefull, not too much, for emphasis on areas where people put their energy to. It stands for energy, focus, work, impact. The light gray (fffffa) and the dark gray (393D3F) wants to be competing for background versus font on the website. Which one wins therefore depends on your logo design. Finally, the blue (124E78) and the green (3FA34D) should be used for graphical elements, highlighting, with more weight than the yellow, but less than the gray. - correspondingly, I have some first visual ideas. They mostly consist of some element that symbolizes peace, room for recreation and reflection, calmness (eg , a circle, a lake, arms of a protecting angel) and other element that symbolizes the energy that goes into impact, success, etc., eg, upward arrow, a fighting hand, a flame, a dragon) - Feel free to go wild in terms of fantasy (eg, dragons, plants, elfs) as long as it's rather abstract and modern The main audience of the business is having an open mind. So it needs to be professional enough to not scare them away - but inspiring, playful and funny enough to impress. One further comment: Please do not focus on the 1: 1 coaching, my services are always focused on human beings rather than work, but I earn money both with 1: 1 coaching, team coaching (eg, a leadership team of a start-up) and thus with whole organizations (eg, as facilitators of large leadership conferences with several hundreds of people). So it should not look too .. well like the logo of a therapist or a counselor ;-)

Should not have

• - any too strong color gradient / 3 D effect - any black lines around colors (comic effect) - attention - it can however have a very modern sketching approach like black sketch lines with white in it .. - if you use magical / smbolic elements like unicorns, dragons and the like, please do NOT make them very concrete. The more magic in the picture, the more modern and abstract the look
