Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a vineyard in Bordeaux, France. The logo must be designed to fit the label of the bottles.

The name is Château La Bourguette. They are an award winning vineyard that have been around for decades. It produces still red Bordeaux wine (PDO: Bordeaux Supérieur). You can use the current logo as a base to expand on. As you can see (please see attachment), it is based in the country house (Château) located in the middle of the vineyard. The colour scheme proposed is grey/golden/green/royal blue/Bordeaux red. Although we are flexible and open to suggestion colour wise.

The task is to modernise the look of the logo. Make it stand out from many other similar logos in the industry, making it more attractive to the end user without losing the essence of what a Winery in Bordeaux is or without completely dissociating from the previous branding.

Feel free to make suggestions with regards to the design.

AT A LATER STAGE THE DESIGN OF A LABEL FOR THE BOTTLES BASED IN THE CHOSEN LOGO WILL BE REQUESTED.

Target Market(s)

Most of the production is distributed in Hong Kong and China, although we are looking to expand into European markets with a focus in Eastern and Central Europe.
