Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for my new personal training business called 'Mission:You'. I am a female personal trainer and have a passion for health, fitness and breaking down barriers that clients may have to exercise. My client group is mainly aimed at new mums (but not exclusively) and building confidence, fitness and body image after what can be a pretty traumatic and neglectful time for all of the above. Although the term 'Mission' can be associated with military styling, this is not the look I am going for at all and I would like the logo to reflect what my business is all about, which is basically building and improving health, confidence and fitness. I have nothing specific in mind in terms of colour or font but I would like to look professional and legible.
