Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a fairly simple law firm logo (google image search should show some common styles). It needs to be subtle and professional, but does not have to be super-conservative.

Ideally I would like a logo that can look good on both white and black backgrounds, alternatively two different color versions of the same logo.

The logo needs a graphical / stylized "N" and the text Norum Law. (with or without LLC following the name) Optional: www.norum.law somewhere on the logo. (If it looks good include it, if it doesn't, skip it)
