Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a new building company in Perth, Western Australia. We would like Simple graphic, bold, minimal, organic. Wording that stands out. Colours we would prefer would be black, grey, white and either yellow/green or red. It will be mainly used for letter heads, invoices and business cards. Most clientele are other builders, contractors, suppliers, architects and designers. Would like it to stand out. No pictures to go with it. May be happy with a symbol. East to West indicates our most from the east coast to west coast of australia and starting our lives over here.
