I am looking to have a logo developed for a new company. The company is called “One Lily Pad”. The company is a business services company that specializes in franchise development. To give you a bit of background, this company will be the parent company to multiple franchises. The business is just starting so the logo will be the cornerstone of our image and brand.
Here is some information you will need to know.
We want the company to be professional, yet personal. It can’t have an overly corporate look yet it can’t contain cheap clip art and look unprofessional. In our logo, we require three main elements:
1. Design of a Frog (I attached examples and will explain in further detail)
2. Design of a Lily Pad
3. The name of the company
The Frog – I have attached multiple images of an example of what we are looking for. The images attached are rights managed images and owned by someone else. We are looking for you to create our own frog similar to this. We like the look and the feel of this frog but are looking for our logo designer to take these images as inspiration and create one for us.
The Lily Pad – I attached a few pictures of a lily pad to show you what it is (just in case you didn’t know). We want the lily pad represented in our logo. We want the frog to be stepping on one lilly pad and advancing to the next. Our goal is to show forward progress and “always moving forward”.
Company name – The company name should be included in the logo.
Colors - Just because it is a frog and a lily pad doesn’t mean the entire logo should be green. Green should be the dominant colors but we are looking for strong accent colors to be utilized as well. Remember, it has to be professional.
Size - We need this logo developed in high resolution, 300 DPI for use in print. We will modify it for web/digital use.
Summary – Basically, we are looking for a logo with a strong character (frog) that is stepping from one lily pad to another with the name of the company prominent in the logo. It has to be professional.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We like a few of these designs but decided to extend it to view a few other ideas from designers that may have not viewed the project yet. We will be shortlisting the designs soon and sending feedback to the selected designers. Thank you all for your great submissions.

Reason: We are very close to short listing our designs. I extended the project by 3 days to get our comments submitted to the designs to see a few slight revisions. Sorry about this but we are very close.
