Are you expecting designers to send you the final artwork for the job, with printer instructions at this stage?
Might be an idea to guarantee the payment.

Hi tony, at this stage I would like to receive the art work with a brief written concept of the paper stock and colour used and the kind of printing techniques used. If possible the artwork should resemble as closely as possible to the final printed product in colour and texture. Any debosding, letterpress etc should be mentioned, and if possible, illustrated.
