Hello everyone! Thank you so much for submitting your designs. They look great!

We wanted to make a few requests for changes:

- This document should be 8.5 x 11 inches with text and images on both sides. We would like the colors to match our pre-existing website and older promotional flyers. See the attachment for CMYK colors.

- Please enable text editing for the document. Preferred format is .svg

The FRONT SIDE of the flyer should be as follows:
- Headline, large text: "Buying or selling a house?"
- Large photo of a house with the roof visible and prominently featured.
- Beneath the photo, large text: "We can help protect your interests and add property value.”
- Three boxes or bullet points for the following information:
- "Understand the true detail of the roof.”
- "Cover warranty gaps with our "No-Leak" Certification.”
- "Our expert crews perform the repair and replacement services.”
- In smaller font beneath all of that: "Ask us about our partnership program!"

- The BACK SIDE of the flyer should be as follows:
- Pictures of our sample inspection report (We included these in images as both pdf of actual file and photograph of the printed version, fanned out). We would like them arranged in such a way so you can see some of the pictures and information on the pages of the report.

- In bold: “Understand the true detail of the roof.”
