Brochure Design Brief

I need a 12-page brochure designed that can be used as a template for all future listings. Needs to be able to be sent to large-scale printer without any adjustments necessary.

The main purpose of the brochure will be to market homes that are listed for sale to potential clients. The main focus of the brochure will be pictures of the property. Very minimal text.

The aesthetic needs to be bright, clean, and contemporary. I like clean lines and understated design. Take cues from the logo I provide.

The red color used for the logo is:
HEX | #C90000

The brochure will be printed saddle-stapled in magazine format. Size will need to be 8.5" x 11". Knowing it will be printed, please make sure to keep in mind the necessary bleed, etc.

I will provide sample pictures for your use in the design.

Here are the requirements:

Use 15-20 of the best pictures provided to highlight the property.

Page 1 (front cover) - A place for the Street Address of the property (sample: 124 Main St.), a place to list the number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Square Footage, a place to list a property website (for example: 123MainSt.com), and a place for my company logo (provided).

Page 2 (back of front cover) - A place for a headshot of me or one of my agents, in large print a place for a phone number (sample: 555-555-5555).

Page 3 - In large print at the bottom or top: "View additional photos at: 123MainSt.com"

Centerfold - Showcase one picture for the entire centerfold, no text or logos

Page 12 (Back cover) - Place for another headshot (I'll provide sample), Place company logo, place for Name and Phone Number in large bold text.

Apart from these requirements please use your artistic judgement in the arrangement and showcasing of pictures.

Winning bid will have opportunity for ongoing project work with my company.
