Wordpress Design Brief

I am not sure you guys are getting the idea regards to the opening page / homescreen layout. Can you look at the new images I have uploaded (page 5, 6 and 7) These are some of the layouts I like but to incorporate my chosen images, with the CAMHS commissioner, buttons and a sliding header bar.
I have written a strong brief, I am looking for a website, preferably wordpress as i know they are easy to maintain. I am looking for a one page site, with the top / opening page being full screen image with drop down categories. I have made a rough design, see full brief in word doc attached, there is some freedom to play around with the design aspect but it will need to relay all the content provided. I like a minimal feel. I have also attached some images that may be useful, but will need a new logo for CAMHS Partners. I have attached some logo idea's, it is up to you decide whether you want to use them.
I would prefer the homepage as full screen image, and the categories offered as a drop down or over the main image.
