I made two designs for this proyect but the restriction does not allow me to submit them

What restriction is that? I don't see any on my side.

This message is in the top of the page "Please note... This contest is restricted to designers who have at least 2.5 star rating in the envelope category." (designers view) and the because of that the submit button does not even appear. I wrote FB message in church´s FB page

kindly do open for all or unlimited designer

Unfortunately, I am not able to do that. The package that I selected only allows for designers with 3 stars or more to apply.
