Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a new logo for my Denver, Colorado real estate business. I am an avid bike rider and do business with a lot of mountain bikers, outdoor enthusiasts, etc. We sometimes ride bikes to see houses for sale as opposed to driving, like to organize group mountain bike rides, etc. Ideally looking for circle shaped logo, maybe with a mountain bike wheel & tire as the outer edge of the logo? Here is my Facebook page… https://www.facebook.com/CyclingRealtor. An ideal logo would include a biking theme, mountains, houses and “Cycling Realtor” text. Maybe 3 colors in the logo to keep printing less expensive, or simple enough to convert to B&W if need be?

• Fresh modern feel, I've attached older logos and they are all very traditional, looking for something more exciting / racey / fast!
