Web Design Brief

I am looking to create a website to help military members who are currently serving or have served to have a mentor. The military does an awful job and providing or offering a mentor program. People need someone they can come to with career advice with promotions, networking, building resumes, and pinging ideas off of on the occasion. I want a place where active and separated military members can come to, sign up and pick a program of offerings that make sense. They would register annually, pay for a membership package (can choose up to three) and then get support they need. Annual registration fees would be as follows and they would need to send payment through Paypal or other electronic means (credit card, eft, paypal, echeck, whatever).

I envision some type of registration that centers around the packages offered - this will be where the revision comes in once the framework is completed.

I am looking for very creative designs, and content, given the above, with verbiage around mentorship program. Please be creative for the design, and also put together three packages and price points for them three packages - put together what it would include in each package. We can modify as necessary during revisions. Final design should communicate military members in uniform with corporate leaders, something warm and inviting are important. I also want the abiity to really get this adversited and in the market for people to stumble across it easily.
