Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for an apartment building in downtown Sioux Falls, SD. We are an industry leading property management firm looking for a new, more modern and updated logo. We would like a logo (maybe the letters RT) or something centered around "111" as we are looking to have the property called 111. Please do not include trees or other nonsense. We want something clean and not a lot of extra going on. Nothing super busy. We like the color blue but are open to other colors other than red.
