Web Design Brief

We need a revamp of our website and our logo - visit www.rocketbridging.com for the current site.

We are a relatively new finance firm, providing short term (bridging) loans to property developers and other businesses in the UK.

Most of the information will go on the homepage. The other 3 or 4 pages are relatively basic. If you felt it was appropriate, the information on page 2 (case studies) could be incorporated on page 1.

The current website isn't too bad and gives you an idea of the information we would like covering on the website and in what order.

The logo should be clean, simple and modern, probably branded around a rocket. The current logo is a good starting point. The word rocket should be the focal point though.

The main header colour scheme should be similar to the current website (deep purples) but we would consider dark blues or reds. An example of a palette of colours we really like is attached.

The style should be modern and clean. Lots of whites and background space but with an underlying warmth, suggesting trust and reliability.

Examples of good brands and websites that we like in our sector are www.togethermoney.com, www.mintbridging.co.uk and www.masthaven.co.uk - we particularly like Masthaven.

Important note - as part of the service, the website designer must be able to create the website in Wix once the design is approved. Our current website is through Wix and we want to keep it that way.

Therefore, once the design is approved, as part of the finalisation process, the designer will need to create the website in our existing Wix account.

This will also involve creating a mobile friendly version of the site (which is more or less automatic in Wix anyway). None of this should be difficult as Wix is very easy to use.
