Verify your payment please

Hello - I am new to this site and the process. I am not sure what you mean by verifying payment. Can you please clarify?

Hello, from our end, the project is listed as "Payment not guaranteed" which means we work and submit, and potentially no one wins so we as designers tend not to submit to these projects. When a project is guaranteed, we at least know one of us will get paid so the gamble to work for free is minimized for us. I'm also interested in this if the time is extended and payment is guaranteed.
