I have been giving Feedback on the designs I like but want to see an adjustment to. Many of the designs are awesome and I have no specific feed back for them (even if they are rated 3 or 4 stars). Since I had no design in mind I haven't been looking for many changes, I'm looking for what jumps out at me. With having no design in mind I'm really looking for the design that speaks to me.

So, If I rate your design but give no feedback it is because I have no feedback to give at this time. The design is great and it is on the list for consideration, or perhaps some tweaks once I narrow the field.
