T-shirt Design Brief

My gym name is Westminster Strength and Conditioning. We would like a design we can put on t shirts and warm-up jackets for our powerlifting team to wear at competition. They compete in the squat, bench and deadlift. The team is made up of men and women. T shirts are worn under a singlet so something showing our team on the shoulder sleeve of the shirt would be great also.
