Logo Design Brief

I am an Interior Design/Home Staging company based in Canada. I need a new logo. My old logo feels heavy and old fashioned I want to get away from the taupe and red elements. The new logo needs to be more modern. It doesn't have to incorporate an image that is related to interior design - eg company name in a house illustration or something like that.

Requirements

Must have

• I need the new logo to look fresh and feel high end, classic while being on-trend - if that's not too much to ask! I see the new logo as having a good amount of white. I would like to see some other colour(s) incorporated as well.
• The logo needs to impart the following feelings:
• quality, creative, dependable

Nice to have

• Some colour- but not too much.
• A classy navy blue, so grey with a warm colour mixed in could be nice: an orange or pink - but the pink has to be very "mature" - maybe millenial pink or a deep rosy pink as an accent colour.

Should not have

• fluorescent colours, too much of a bright colour, fire engine red.
• I am attaching my OLD logo to show what I don't want. No cliche'd images related to interior design: eg a house or piece of furniture. All imagery should be abstract.
