Why are you leaving single star for a submission?

Hello. I am happy to revise and do another draft but please do not give below a 3 star ratting as it will damage our ratings. I would prefer you eliminate completely. Thank you. Designers only have a minimal briefing as to what the client wants. Please remove the star ratings below three stars and advise! Thank you.
