Logo Design Brief

Shell is building a polyethylene plant in Monaca, PA. The OSBL (OutSide Battery Limits) and Cogen (power plant) portions of the plant need a combined logo that can be used on a 2" diameter hard hat sticker. I'd like the sticker to capture the main elements of both areas. OSBL includes a rail yard (will be in the top 10 for size in the US); buildings (administrative, lab, maintenance, medical); water treatment (cleaning water from the river for use in the plant as well as cleaning water from the plant to return to the river); and tanks. Cogen will be generating power with gas turbines and steam turbines.
I want the circular logo to capture a feeling of unity amongst the various pieces. OSBL and Cogen are what will ultimately unite the site and provide all the necessary support functions to allow the main process units to produce polyethylene.
