Starting a Home Staging Consulting Business where I work with home owners to come up with cost-effective solutions that create a high impact and make their home universally appealing to home buyers. It is more of a do-it-youself approach, than a let's come in with furniture staging process. I would like to project the feeling that moving on is a positive thing.

Requirements

Must have

• I would like the logo to to utilize the colors of the beach, blues, greens, tan, etc. colors to create a calming effect, even though selling a home and moving is stress full. If there needs to one color that pops for the design, I am open to that. I also like the idea of using a stage coach with furniture, etc. neatly piled as they embark on their new journey. I would like to to appeal both to men and woman. Both playful and personable.

Nice to have

• Would like variations of colors below. Open to other colors if need to project the feeling I described above. I've attached photos of the color palette I like.

Should not have

• Harsh colors or too many bright colors. I don't want it look like a cartoon.
