Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my personal training business "Release Reshape". I plan to use the logo on my website and social media. I train people on-on-one and am also launching ebooks and online programming to help people exercise with me (or independently of me) so they better understand how to take care of themselves. I believe in a scientific approach to training. I tailor my training to match the clients goals, experience, injuries and body composition. I care about each and every person I train. I want my logo to be a strong and clear logo. I quite like black, charcoal and khaki type colours as I feel they convey a more confident logo. I am open to seeing other colours in the logo also. I like the idea of pulling two letters from the name as the main part of the logo as in "Re" and then having the words "lease" and "shape" beside it (possibly on top of each other).
