Your have restricted this contest to top designers, however the nature of job is very rate so that no eligible to submit in this contest if you could remove this restriction i will surely comeup with a design, following error in getting

Currently we have no rating of resume design, because its a rare type of project. and this is the only reason designers are not able to submit design.
