Logo Design Brief

We are needing a logo design for a new business we are developing where we will be providing care for elderly in a residential home. We want to provide great care for the elderly in our community in a home like atmosphere. The name of our facility will be Heartfelt Assisted Living and the slogan will be (Home Is Where The Heart Is), do not use slogan in logo design.

We want a logo where the focus is on the name Heartfelt and then under that Assisted Living (the bottom text should be a simple font like the attached letter examples). The logo should have a heart incorporated and we are thinking we want a heart shape above the letters EAR that loops through the letter H and the letters TF to create the look of a house roof/home. We are thinking a font in the Eureka font family (customized) for the word Heartfelt. (see attached example)

Logo must look good in print color and in BW so please provide various versions so we can see how it looks. Final files will need to be Illustrator files.
