Logo Design Brief

We have a scanned copy of a logo developed 20+ years ago that we do not have source files for. Looking to keep the design as close as possible to the original but have files that can be scaled for use in web/print media. Any awesome new ideas will be considered but really not looking to change the logo itself, just be able to use it in more places. While the logo is a green color in the attachment, most of our branding has been using black and yellow (a muted yellow like heavy equipment vs a bright yellow). Have put just "PSC" for logo text but would be nice to see an option with "Pageland Sand Company, Inc" written beside/below/wherever to have an option of including that where text isn't easily added in web applications. Website at pagelandsand.com is a work in progress but may give more insight into business.
