Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our new non-profit, Tungasugit. Tungasugit means "Welcome" in Inuktitut. Our organization has been set up to provide necessary services to Inuit who have or plan to move to Winnipeg from Nunavut. These services are cultural awareness, food and clothing security, homelessness help and housing assistance. • Inuit theme, easy to read and print on a variety of promo items later. In Speaking with our board members, they, overwhelmingly, suggested that the logo should be a Qulliq with a Winnipeg skyline (google) in the back.
• Please check out: http://www.mmiwg-ffada.ca/files/fact-sheet-information-about-the-qulliq.pdf and then check out various images of the qulliq on google. They also said that the Inukshuk is overused. Name also in Inuktitut font/syllabics ᑐᖓᓱᒋᑦ (this is Tungasugit in syllabics) with the English
