Logo Design Brief
I am in need of a logo design for a new company called Extol Developments. We have two streams of work; 1. We provide construction management services to residential and commercial clients. 2. We purchase old run down buildings and renovate/repure them into unique, modern properties, which we lease out to tenants.
In the construction industry, we think "normal" is broke. Our company's focus is transparency. We would like to see designs that are modern, clean, and simple.

Requirements
Must have
- Logo must be scaleable. It will be placed on our trucks, large 4' by 8' signs, smaller 2'x3' signs, shipping containers, hardhats. Logo should be one solid colour, but we would like to use multiple colours when creating large site signage for developments.
Nice to have
- ideally we would like to be able to have a logo that scales well. Ideally we could use either "extol" or "extol developments". We are going to use it on our letter head, so something linear, rectangular in shape (as opposed to square) so that it fits in headers and footers nicely would be great.
