Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for a new restaurant concept called Pedreaux's Mexi-Cajun Kitchen. Would like for the logo to include the word "Pedreaux's" accross the top and "Mexi-Cajun Kitchen" across the bottom. Was thinking of using a Crawfish wearing a Sombrero (maybe wearing beads) on his head. Something fun and colorful. Thanks for looking!
