Developing a logo for a 64 unit apartment community
We're new ownership and re-positioning the community which had a previously poor reputation under past management. We are now attracting a higher income tenant with property wide renovations.Buildings are being freshly painted with the main two paint colors' info in attached photos (teal and gray). Definitely open to other colors that fit with these, yet would like a tie into these main colors.
