Logo Design Brief

I would like to update my logo design which was originally created 10 years ago. We do specialty vineyard labor called grafting, where we cut a bud off of one variety of grapevine, and attach it to another variety or rootstock. The final design would likely include some elements of the original logo, but with a much more modern and elegant feel and font. Although it could also be a totally new concept as well. The font of the original logo I especially dis-like. I want it to be something clean and modern. I would like to keep earthy tones of green and brown as the primary colors.
