Logo Design Brief

Herocharakter Needed!

I need a Mascot/Logo for our new Website.
The Website is a trainings-website for ENTREPRENEURS .
The Website trains different methods to get New Customers for Companys- Online and Offline.
The Websites Name is in German " Neukundenheld " in english it means this: "New Customer Hero".
So we want to make the Entrepreneurs to transform into real strong "New Customer Heros" - who will get New Customers in no time...

# Our Mascott should be a Hero. A Herocharakter.- A male one.

# The Hero should "maybe" popp or fly out of a circle.

# The maincolours from the Whole thing: Red, Yellow and Black- but the Hero "can" have normal Skincolour.

# He should be smiling and maybe making a fist- like he is thinking: "Yea, i got a new customer".

# Under the Hero should be the words " NeukundenHeld " the First Letter should be Uppercase, also the Letter H from the word Held.
other Variation: The Word "Neukunden" on the Top and at the bottom the word "Held" - like in this one: https://www.designcrowd.com/design/3896879

# I dont want a colourfull background- so i can put the Herologo on everycolur and everywhere.
