Graphic Design Brief

We need an image to convey our 3-phase, 8-step Master Planning process that we utilize when designing plans for schools K-12. What we currently use looks very outdated in both the design and color scheme. We'd like an EPS created that can be scaled without distortion. The files I've attached show the current graphic and an instruction sheet which also contains our colors.
