Logo Design Brief
We need a contemporary logo design for a new estate agent starting in England. The company name is Avendo and we are targeting the higher end of the market. It is a very competitive market place and so the final design should communicate quality and prestige. The logo will get most coverage on For Sale boards outside properties, so please bear this in mind.

Hi, Just wanted to add that the properties that we will be dealing with will not be in high rise /apartment blocks, so any logos alluding to high rise buildings will not be appropriate.
