Postcard Design Brief

We are a real estate company that owns/operates mobile home parks and want to send out a postcard to owners of these communities letting them know who our company is and let them know we want to buy their community. We are looking to create a postcard that introduces our company to the owner and also lets them know we want to buy their community - we are targeting older mom & pop type communities so we would like the postcard to have a home-y feel that makes the owner feel like our company will treat them fairly during the acquisition process

I have attached a few images from our communities that might look good on a postcard - you don't need to use all of them, I just included multiple so there are different options. please feel free to edit/enhance the images if needed.

Our company is Affordable Communities Group (ACG) and the logo is attached.

Text to be included somewhere on postcard: "We pride ourselves on active hands-on management in order to provide our residents quality communities at an affordable price.
ACG is a proven owner/operator and has the ability to purchase without any financing contingencies.

We provide a quick and easy closing. We do not retrade

• Something sort of call to action like: "We Want to Buy Your Community", "Ready to Sell?", "Interested in Selling?" etc.

Nice to have

• ACG Logo Colors, in addition to any other colors if designer thinks there are complimentary colors
