I am starting a company that will help small businesses that are looking to raise money over the internet (i.e. crowd fund) in reliance of the JOBS Act and the new rules that have been recently passed.
Initially, the website will help a business figure out if it is qualified to raise money and if so, it will tell the business what information is required.
The various pages will need to gather information from the businesses through Yes/No questionnaires, drop-down lists and free text boxes -
I am still thinking about my company's name and don't have a logo - for now, please use the name "CFCC (crowd funding compliance center)" - feel free to throw in an idea for a logo
Updates
Hi all - I was wondering if I could get some design suggestions that don't use stock photos- thanks

Based on the designs I have received so far, I don't think the description of my website is clear. The website will NOT be a crowdfunding portal (i.e. it is not like kickstarter etc.) It is an information website that will allow companies to determine if they are legally able to raise money online.
If they are able to raise money online, then the company can sign-up for some paid services which include legal documents and agreements.
To help the design process, I've uploaded a draft of the questions that a company will need to answer to determine if it is able to raise money online.
The submitted designs should be for both the homepage as well as the pages on which the questions will be set out.
Thanks for taking the time to read.
