Logo Design Brief

We need a new design for our mechanical business. My husband works on everything from drill rigs, trucks, power stations, cars, generators, etc This will go on cards, shirts, jumpers our cars etc. I like the designs of the pictures I have attached. I like the old school style off white with maybe blue and red. Not sure if I want the old school writing or script.
