Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a start up consulting business called "Cloud 9 to 5". Research shows that happy people perform better. We deliver training and consulting for companies to improve employee happiness, which in turn helps to improve the company's performance and bottom line.

We would like to see designs that communicate happiness and/or happiness at work. We are looking for a design that is playful and clever but still professional enough to approach companies in any industry.
We might include our tag line under the logo (something like "Happy people perform better") but the tag line hasn't been finalized yet.
