Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a HR consulting business which will form the basis of new website and relaunch. Current info can be found here -

Although I do like the current logo, it's not working for me. I want something that is clean, professional and enticing. The "people services and development" bit is not working for my target market and does not accurately reflect ALL the services I can provide - however some other key words may be useful.

Comfortable using all lower case.

Target Market(s)

My aim in the next 6 months is to target local South West of WA companies and business. The region I live in is called Margaret River and is abundant with wineries, breweries - so hospitality and tourism type businesses.

Having said that, I also want to be able to work with corporate businesses so the design needs to speak to a large variety of industries including construction.

I will be developing a product to relaunch and get people interested in my business. The businesses I have spoken with haven't necessarily understood the need to have HR support so I need something that will draw them in. I am hoping along with the product an awesome design can be a good starting point.
