Logo Design Brief

We're opening a coffee shop in Old Town, Albuquerque New Mexico. The Old Town has a lot of history, so we would like a logo that reflects it's history as well as something fun and trendy. We also want to use the logo on all our cups and offer giftware, such as TShirts, coffe mugs that tourists might buy. Let's see what you can come up with. Cup of Joe is an American expression that means a cup of coffee, but Joe could also be a character. We also will be selling only organic coffee.
